This gorgeous lower unit two-bedroom, one-bathroom beachfront cottage is located on the Strand in Oceanside, California. Only steps from the ocean, you will enjoy an AMAZING full ocean view. Only steps from the beach, keep an eye out for the dolphins playing in the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy our beautiful outdoor spa that looks out onto the ocean, spa is shared with upper unit. This lower unit is a spacious one-bedroom cottage that sleeps five people comfortably with a queen size bed in the bedroom and two futons in the living room. The unit also comes with a full kitchen and family room. There are flatscreen televisions in both the bedroom and the living room. The unit also comes with a full bathroom with shower, and walk-in closet in the bedroom. The French-doors of the family room open up to the beautiful ocean view and ocean breeze. Enjoy shared driveway and private parking for one vehicle, street parking is available for more vehicles. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions about parking. There is also a beautiful outside shower. Located in the heart of coastal Oceanside, you will find everything you need within blocks of this property. This lower unit is also equipped with a large shared outside patio with seating area and bar, perfect to watch the sunset. There are plenty of activities nearby for the whole family!
