Summary: The shared bathroom needed a clean and the shower head had come off, there was no window in the room and I left an item of clothing there, despite emailing the same day I checked out they failed to respond until I sent a another follow up email a week later (informing me they didn’t have the item in lost property). Rather disappointing.
