(Hancock Pond)It is located in a cove area with a nice dock and sandy beach area that is shallow and safe for swimming. A great lake for boating, canoeing, and other water activities. Campfire area and beautiful natural surroundings to continuously enjoy year round! Also close by Sebago Lake, and the nice town of Bridgton. A drive-in theater is 10 mins away! We are 40 minutes from North Conway.Lots to do fishing, hiking, shopping, or simply enjoying nature. It has sleeping for 10 in two bedrooms and a large loft area with sleeping for 6. Living room plus a den and large open kitchen area with big dining table to accommodate all. Open concept with many large windows providing great light and gorgeous views.Nice deck off living area with picnic table, gas grill and seating. Two bathrooms one on each floor. Great adult area with pool room on second floor with bar and seating on deck.It is on a private level lot.
