Located at 374 Wheeler Street N, Saint Paul, the Wheeler Street Victorian was built in 1911 and lovingly restored for modern comfort. Find in the unit: 1 bedroom (closet), 1 bathroom with plenty of towels, high end soaps, 1 dining room, with a dining table, fancy drinkware, games, one of the designated work areas, 1 kitchen with all the necessary items to cook away, as well as those items necessary for a tea or coffee, 1 fully covered private deck with sheers.

Bringing a Dog (No Cats- due to allergies!)
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval- please make sure to send in the size of your dog and experience with being in an apartment setting. Without the agreement, your reservation may be forfeited!
Once approved, I will provide the appropriate size bed, bowls and towels to ensure your stay is great! The neighborhood is close to walking trails, both urban, parks and river walks as well as a large fenced in back yard.
Baby, Child, Children, Teens as Guests
Welcome to all!
• If you're traveling with a baby, let me know in advance — I can provide a pack and play fully outfitted with mattress and sheets, shelf for baby supplies, and a diaper genie. However, these are limited, so be sure to reserve yours right away!
• For others, let me know the age of your child/ren so I can tailor the setup, and let you choose the best option for your family.
Extra Guest on Sofa
Each unit offers a sofa converting into a small (shorter) full size bed, please let me know if you need the set up for this, and if you would prefer it to be ready upon your arrival. This unit has two sofas, making it a perfect set up for teens, or children, with each having space for themselves!
If your reservation includes anything outside the usual two-person stay—such as an additional guest, a pet, or unique sleeping arrangements—I will reach out to learn more. This helps me prepare the space perfectly for you, whether that means setting up one or more pack-n-plays or one or more sofa-fold outs!
When booking, please let me know details such as:
• “Two guests, but we prefer separate beds.”
• “Two adults, with our grown child staying one night.”
• “Three guests” (my partner, our grown child who is 6' tall, or Grampa who is 5' tall, and needs extra cushioning if possible!)
