The Space:
Snow settles quietly into the surrounding evergreens as the mountains frame each window, and evenings unfold to the glow of fireplaces and the gentle steam of the hot tub. Mornings begin with crisp alpine air on the deck, coffee in hand, before the day draws you toward the slopes or into a slower rhythm indoors. After time outside, you return to warmth, space, and the calm that comes from being tucked into the mountains.

Sleeping arrangements
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, each offering privacy and thoughtful details. On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, balcony, and an ensuite with both a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with two bunk beds and its own ensuite.
On the lower level, the third bedroom includes a Tribunk and an ensuite. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed with direct access to the hot tub deck and an ensuite. The fifth bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, reading nook, and ensuite. A main-level powder room adds convenience. In total, there are five bedrooms, 10 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms.
Outdoor living and ski access
After a day on the mountain, the lower-level hot tub becomes a natural gathering point, surrounded by quiet and cool winter air. The chalet offers ski-in/ski-out access that connects to the Yellow Brick Road Run and the Blackcomb Gondola via a short walk of about 100 meters along the street, with access dependent on snowfall and weather conditions. Dedicated ski storage in the mudroom makes transitions simple.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistler’s most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski run—just a short 100-meter walk from the front door—leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.
Getting Around:

• 3-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Upper Village (much shorter and direct if walking down the ski run).

• The homesite next door is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
