Positive: The Greek restaurant, the beach, comfy rooms, lunch buffet, proximity to the beach and the location

Negative: People smoking on the beach, was forced to prepay even with "pay at the property" option and staff unwilling to help with alternative payment methods even though Booking has approved, checked my parents into incorrect room category without verifying who stays where first (lots of check in problems overall, the staff needs better training), Mexican restaurant food was very average, breakfast was very repetitive and poor. The hotel is far from everything which was expected, the traffic is just awful.

Summary: Just good for the price
