Summary: Whilst the staff were very polite and helpful, there were lots of long wait times for simple items such as an iron for the room, plates and bowls in the restaurant and drinks from the pool bar. Also, the facilities are outdated and in need of maintenance - the bath rail fell off on first use and when they moved us to a second room, one of the door handles fell off. The pool by the beach is very dirty - the furniture has not been cleaned or repaired in a long time. Finally, the food at the buffet is almost inedible. Overall, it is not worth the price and it is not good value for money.
