Newly remodeled adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath home nestled on 19 acres with two ponds and walking trails in Arundel. Home features full kitchen, dining room and family room and sleeps up to 6 people between adults and children however you split it. Pack and play available for nightly rental $25 per night. We also have pee pad covers for those children that may have bed wetting issues.
Need to work? Cute little desk space for your convenience. Close to everything but tucked away. Stores, restaurants, shopping within five minutes, malls, beaches, skiing, hiking 15-45min. Close to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Biddeford, Portland, Freeport. Want to get away for the holidays? See family, but not stay with them? Our home is perfect for you! Our kitchen and dining area can seat up to 12 people. Spend your holiday in Maine!

Booking guest must be 25 or older.
Wine for purchase available on property.
Non-smoking home. $250 cleaning fee.
No animals. $300 cleaning fee and immediate termination of reservation if animals brought on property.
Late checkout $100 for every 30min. We need time to clean between reservations.
Damages and theft will be charge in full for repairs/replacement/labor costs. We take photos of the property and all belongings inside prior to each checkin.
Excessive cleaning $200 additional fee.

Shared driveway with strict 10mph speed limit. Driveway monitored by 2 security cameras 24/7.
Two car limit and must register vehicle(s) at check-in.
No unauthorized guests. $100 fee per extra unregistered person.
Visitors must leave by 8p. Maximum of 4 guests unless prior arrangements/approval made with host. Guests passed 8p will be charged fee above.
No parking or driving on the grass $150 damage fee will be charged.
No drugs.
No parties.
No barn/garage access. Internally monitored by security camera 24/7. Unauthorized/illegal/forced entry is criminal trespass. Do not attempt to force open door. Minimum $750 damage fee and we will press charges. Just ask the last person that couldn’t read the rules…
Owners live onsite.
Violations of the rules will terminate reservation immediately.
