High Pointe is a unique single family dwelling. Built in the shape of a hexagon, The main floor has 2 bedrooms each with a private bath available for your comfort. Each bedroom is rented separately. In the center are spacious and open living areas including a kitchen, breakfast/ room, dining room and living room
The exterior space provides a swimming pool with patio space for enjoying the outdoors. The pool follows the shape of the house and is perfect for midday cooling off or fun evening dips. An outdoor bar and grill is available. Our large areas of grass invite you to be outdoor and enjoy the feel of the Bahamian
There is ample parking space for a rental car. And while we encourage one, there is also easy access to local bus transportation just at the bottom of the driveway entrance.
A short walk to the south, less than a mile, brings you to the shopping centre with a local the food store, liquor store, Starbucks and other local eateries including Dominoes, Wendys, Kentucky, and Popeyes.. Travel to the north and within 4.5 miles be in downtown Nassau. Paradise Island is just over 5 miles away, and The Atlantis are all within 10 mins drive. A short 2.5 miles to the west is the Sports Center which hosts our local track and field meets including The World Relays, , our national swimming pool, home to our 6 time Caribbean leading Bahamas Aquatics team, our national soccer stadium, tennis courts and mini golf course. The stadium can be seen from the patio. Baha Mar and the many hotels, restaurants and activities are just 5 miles.
