Living Room has a 65" streaming TV, a Queen pull-out couch and a sitting area with 2 more chairs. Primary bedroom has a 50" TV with a King size adjustable memory foam bed. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and dual sinks. Guest Bedroom #1 has 2 XL Twin adjustable memory foam beds and a 43" TV. Guest Bedroom #2 comes with a King bed and a 43" TV. Arizona Room has a Queen pull-out couch and 2 comfy chairs. There are 3 sliding doors connecting the Arizona Room to the Primary bedroom, Dining room and Backyard. The fully stocked Kitchen has plenty of small appliances including 2 coffee makers (Keurig and a regular pot). Dining Room has seating for 6 and 4 additional seating at the island. Laundry is in the 30' boat deep 2-car garage. Lots of Patio seating and lounging around the pool. Enjoy the great Lake View while enjoying the sun! Covered Bar and BBQ area with MORE seating. And don't forget the Firepit while star gazing. Stairs go to the Viewing Deck for more spectacular views. Wi-Fi Internet, Water Softener and RO system included. ALL RENTALS 30+ DAYS, THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ELECTRIC OVER $150 PER MONTH.
