Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. The availability of early check-in is entirely dependent on our housekeeping team's schedule.
Check-out is anytime before 10 AM. Our housekeeping team runs on a tight schedule and needs an adequate amount of time to ensure the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest.
★ Pets ★
This unit is pet friendly! The nonrefundable pet fee is $5 per pet per day up to a maximum of 2 dogs. Unauthorized pets brought into the unit will result in an additional substantial fee of $10 per pet per day. Dogs must be house-trained and you must pick up after them. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or on beds. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised in the home under any circumstances unless kenneled. Dogs must always be on a leash when outside.

No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors. An additional cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged to remove the smell of smoke from the home.
★ Parking ★
Off-street parking is available for one car on the right side of the driveway in front of the garage. Free street parking is available.

The backyard is shared with the guests in the second floor unit.
★ Trash ★
The main trash bin and recycling bin are located outside in the side yard. Trash is picked-up on Monday and Thursday. Recycling is done every Wednesday and is separated by paper/cardboard one week, glass/bottles the next.
This is the second floor unit of two-family home. You will have access to the entire unit with the exception of the garage reserved for the owners.
Check in with ease using the keyless entry electronic keypad on the front door. You will receive a unique door lock code prior to your arrival on your reserved check-in day.

Guests must also upload their ID to the profile section of the booking platform.
Please Note: There is one motion activated, actively recording floodlight camera located on the front of the property. The camera does not impede on guest privacy and are there for security reasons only. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
There are five water leak detectors in kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and basement of the unit for property safety to alert the guest and host if there is a water leak in the unit.

• Toilet paper is the only thing to be flushed down the toilet. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes, baby wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, Q-Tips, tissues, etc.
• Dispose all cooking oils in the trash. Do not pour grease or oil down the drain or toilet as this will clog the pipes.
• Please remove lint from laundry dryer after each load to prevent dryer fires.
• No open flames of any kind, including candles, glitter, or confetti are allowed.
• Tampering with the Wi-Fi router, outdoor security camera, and owner’s closet is strictly prohibited.
• Please follow the town's trash collection policy as outlined in our electronic house manual. Bring garbage and/or recycling bins out to the curb the night before pickup, then return them to the driveway when empty.
• The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages that occur to guests or their belongings while on the premises.
• You will be responsible for any damage caused to the property by you or your party during your stay, as well as any additional charges if excessive cleaning is required.
• Biohazards and excessive garbage/dirty dishes/pet hair will result in an additional cleaning fee.
