Styled in creams and gold with elegant furnishings, marble finishes and endless views over the Palm and Arabian Sea - this apartment leaves you wanting for nothing. The compact kitchen is equipped with all you need to whip up a quick meal at home before heading out and exploring all Dubai has to offer. The living and bedroom area is spacious and functional, featuring a large bed fitted with Key Views signature hotel grade linen which is soft and cosy we know you will struggle getting up in the morning. The modern and sleek bathroom is adorned with marble and gold touches and has Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities keeping you feeling refreshed and smelling great all day.
There is one private on site car parking, gymnasium and pool access.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1500 AED.
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
